This volume contains the proceedings of "Dynamics of Glass Transition and
Related Topics" held at Kyoto International Community House in November 1996.
A number of scattering measurements of the recently focused boson peak were
reported and the theoretical models for these processes were discussed.
The remarkable recent extension of the dielectric spectroscopy revealed
previously missing the \beta-relaxation region was reported. The new attempt
for measuring the non-Gaussianity by using the neutron scattering and the
theory of spacial heterogeniety were discussed. The recent developments in
colloidal systems, polymers, sol-gel transition and other related fields
also reported. This volume informs readers of the present status of research
of this field and will give some hints for those who are interested in
this fields.
