This volume contains the proceedings of the second workshop
on relativistic and cosmological aspects of the braneworld
held at the Yukawa Institute for Theoretical Physics, in January
2002. But unlike usual proceedings, it contains extended reviews
written originally by invited speakers, including

and others. Therefore, this volume will be very useful not only
