The Capra meeting will be held at the main lecture room, on the 3rd floor in the Yukawa hall. The post-Capra discussion meeting will be held in room K206, on the 2nd floor in the main building of the Yukawa Institute.
The reimbursement of your travel expenses is done on the second day of the Capra meeting (24th) before the conference dinner by cash in Japanese Yen. Please prepare the original invoice of your ticket and copies of your air ticket and your passport. We will gather them during the first coffee break on the first day of the Capra meeting (23rd). If you are absent at that time, please pass the documents to Takahiro Tanaka as early as possible. Your hotel payment can be postponed until receiving your money. Please pay us the fee for the conference dinner (3,500yen) when you receive the money.
You can use DHCP for a connection to the internet, if you bring your own PC. Network cables are already in your office room. There are unix terminals and Windows machines available in the computer rooms of both buildings, at the north-west corner on the third floor of the Yukawa hall and on the second floor of the main building. To configure printer wizard on your own computer, please choose network printer and either put by hand

or select "pssec" from the SMB subgroup. As for drivers, select XEROX as a vender. In Xerox there will be "Xerox Docuprint 4050 NPS PS2", which will work fine. For more information about the computer system at YITP, please consult on-line instructions by typing a command

on your account.
During your stay at the Yukawa institute you can freely use a photo copy machine (on the 1st floor in the main building) and library (on the 3rd floor in the main building).
You can use OHP or a video (PC) projector for your presentation. Of course, black board is also available. If you bring Windows files in a CD-rom, floppy discs, compact flash, smart media or memory stick, we will be able to upload your files to our PCs. Hence, it is not necessary to bring your own PC just for presentation. A more reliable method is sending your presentation in advance via e-mail to

As for a speaker who uses OHP, please pass your viewgraphs or a copy of them to Takahiro Tanaka, who will scan them and place them on the Web. If you hesitate publicizing your view graphs, please tell him so.
Each participant of the post-Capra meeting will have a desk in the Yukawa hall. Please receive a card key to enter the buildings, the Main building and Yukawa hall, as well as a key for your office, during the coffee break on the first day (23rd). Please do not forget to return the keys before you leave Kyoto.
