A new mechanism of bioenergy transfer of a vibron alpha-helix protein as a quantum sound mode is proposed. The sound mode obeys a linear wave equation for the probability density matrix instead of the probability amplitude. Because the quantum sound mode is a result of the random collision with the thermal phonon in the alpha-helix, the energy transfer is robust against the thermal noise, which is in contrast to the Davydov soliton for the probability amplitude.
