Title: The orbital eccentricity and penetration factor of the tidally disrupted stars Abstract: The orbital eccentricity and penetration factor can affect the outcome of the TDE. In this talk we will introduce the theoretical model we developed to quantitatively describe the distribution of the eccentricity and penetration factor of the tidally disrupted stars in spherical star clusters. This model can reproduce the distributions obtained from direct N-body simulations. Although the model (and the N-body simulation) are done for star cluster consist of equal mass stars, we will discuss its behavior when scaled to real star cluster, which include multiple stellar types.
