Accommodations

Booking accommodation in Kyoto in late November can be very difficult. We have reserved a very limited number of hotel and hostel rooms for the participants, so if you would like to stay in those rooms please let us know at the time of registration. They will be provided on a first come, first served basis.

If you would like to book accommodation yourself, you may find more options by using non-Japanese websites such as booking.com, or by directly calling hotels.
