Mini-school on advanced topics in quantum information theory and foundations [Online]

Abstract: The mini-school on advanced topics in quantum information and foundations will include two mini-courses. The first mini-course will focus on the connection between matching theory and quantum information theory, recently unveiled by the lecturers, Prof. Peter Frenkel and Prof. Mihaly Weiner (ELTE, Hungary), in proving a fundamental theorem in the field of classical information over quantum channels. The second mini-course will explore the role played by cellular automata in the study of operational probabilistic theories within the field of quantum foundations, and will be delivered by Prof. Paolo Perinotti (Pavia University, Italy).
