### Kolam Rule

A grid pattern of dots is given on a square lattice. Then, the lines must be:

1. Smooth and Closed with or without crossings.
2. Passing in between nearest dots, while at most two lines intersect at each middle point of edges.
3. Creating domains by isolating each dot from its nearst dots.
