Accommodation

Hotel

For the participants of the workshop, we are holding a block of rooms at several hotels in Kyoto via a travel agency (JTB). Please make a reservation from the following page if you like the hotels listed there.

A deposit of 15,000 JPY is required to reserve a room. The rest amount should be settled directly at the hotel reception. Please make sure to finish your reservation as soon as possible. The rooms are booked on a first-come, first served basis.

Guest house

We also have a limited number rooms in the guest house mainly for students. You can request the guest house arrangement at the registration.
