Important announcement (19/March/2020)

YKIS week change to long-term WS

We are very sorry, but now announce that we cancel the symposium YKIS2020 which was planned to be held in May 11--15, considering the current situation with respect to the coronavirus. On the other hand, we are still considering to hold the long-term workshop MCD2020 for the whole 6 weeks (April 20 -- May 29), by converting the week of May 11 to the normal long-term workshop. The time for each presentation will be assigned longer than the original one for YKIS2020.

Still we understand that it is very difficult for many of you to travel. In the case you cancel your participation, it is appreciated very much to send an e-mail to the contact address (mcd2020@yukawa.kyoto-u.ac.jp). We will reorganize the program later, depending on the distribution of the participants.

We are sorry for the persons who have to give up your travels. Hopefully we will organize again a long-term workshop and a YKIS symposium within a few years.

Cancel of the whole workshop

For the long-term workshop "Mean-field and Cluster Dynamics in Nuclear Systems" (MCD2020) originally scheduled to be held during April 20 - May 29 at Yukawa Institute for Theoretical Physics, Kyoto University, unfortunately, we decided to cancel due to the worsening of the situations of the coronavirus all over the world, although we had been looking for the direction of holding it.

As with YKIS2020, which recently notified the cancellation, we would like to hold it in the near future. We will announce when the details including the new term are fixed, and we appreciate your understandings.
