This is the conference meant for the intensive conference week on both nuclear physics and astrophysics held on the 3rd week of the YIPQS long-term and Nishinomiya-Yukawa memorial workshop "Nuclear Physics, Compact Stars, and Compact Star Mergers 2016" (NPCSM 2016). This is also meant for the kick-off meeting of the Center for Gravitational Physics at YITP.
