Registration
Application to NQS2014 (and YKIS2014) will be done in our "Registration Page", where you enter information about your research activity as well as your personal information. See the following instruction for the registration steps.
application
NQS2014 and the symposium YKIS2014 (Dec.3-5) use the same application system. Even if you are going to participate only in YKIS2014, please use the same application form.
- If you are an invited speaker :
- You do not need register yourself on the WEB. The secretariat will ask you about necessary information by emails.
- If you would like to participate in the workshop :
- Application form has been closed on August 31.
- How to correct/change:
- If you feel like changing your abstract/schedule,
send your corrections/changes via an email with the subject:
"correction No.(your registration number) (your family name)"
(e.g. correction No.25 Yukawa). The contact address can be found in "contact". Please do not use the application form for this purpose.
deadlines
- (i) abstract submission (together with application)
- ... July 31
- (ii) application without presentation
- ... August 31
registration fee
All the accepted participants (including the invited speakers) are requested to pay the registration fee 2000 JPY at the reception desk.
cancellation
- Workshop:
- Contact us to let us know your cancellation as soon as possible. Make sure to show both your family name and the registration number (indicated in our response to your application). Therefore, the subject of your message will read: "cancellation (your registration number) (your family name)" (e.g. cancellation No.25 Yukawa).
- Hotel:
- If you booked your hotel through the WEB site of Kinki Nippon Tourist (KNT), please follow the instruction shown in the site.
