Poster session detail
We plan to have a flush poster presentation time in the morning session (*chair: Peter Jonker) on Day 1.
You can there show a 2-page slide to explain the content of your poster to the audience.
Each slot is just 2 min. long.
Please submit your slides to tdekyoto2020@gmail.com
by *January 12* for the efficient meeting progress.
Please prepare your slides in PDF format.
As each slot is only 2 min, we kindly ask you to keep your slides being just two pages.
If the submitted PDF file includes more than two pages, the extra pages will be deleted,
and only the first two pages will be kept remained. Also, note that your turn would be skipped
if you will not submit it by the deadline (1/12).

Additional Important Notes
Poster boards will put in the entrance of the Masukawa Hall. Each board accommodates
A0 size portrait posters. The size of a poster board is 86.8cm (width) and 151.5cm (height).
You can use only one side of the poster board for your presentation.
We ask you to display your poster on the board by yourself. You can use magnets there to
pin up your poster to the board. Please make sure to put up your poster well before
the start of the poster session (12:05 on January 14). FYI, Masukawa Hall will open at 8:30 AM
on January 14. The posters should be removed before 17:30 on January 16.
