The deadline is April 14 for those who request visa and/or the financial support, and May 9 for the others.The financial support of local expenses is only for students who do not have any grants. Since our budget is quite limited, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the financial support even if you apply.If the number of participants exceeds the room capacity, we will review all applications and send the notification to those who will be able to join the workshop. In such a case, we will close registration before the deadline.
