Information for participants
- (i) Reception Desk
- When you come to YITP, please proceed to the reception desk, which is located at room K106 of the Main Building, and receive a congress kit, keys (for your office and the entrances) etc.
- (ii) Key Deposit
- Key deposit of 3,000 yen is required upon arrival, and is refunded when the keys are returned.
- (iii) Secretariat Desk
- Room K106 of the Main (Research) Building. Office Hours: 10:00-12:00, 13:00-16:00 (Monday-Friday)
- (iv) Reimbursement
- Date and time of the reimbursement will be notified upon reception. See a message card attached to your name tag. Those who will receive the reimbursement of the airfare make sure to bring the original receipt or passenger receipt.
- (v) Entrance
- The main entrances of the YITP buildings (Yukawa Memorial Hall and Research Buliding) are open from 8:00 to 18:00. To enter the buildings at night time or early morning, you need an entrance card key. The instruction of the card key is included in your workshop package. It is common to the both buildings. Weekend entrance is also possible with your card key. The buildings are always locked during weekend.
