Hotel

We have reserved hotel rooms for invited speakers. General participants are requested to make their own hotel reservations.

Guest house

We have a limited number (~7) rooms in the guest house for students. You can request the guest house arrangement at the registration.

Important Notice

The scheduled workshop dates belong to the busy season for tourism in Kyoto. We strongly recommend to do so as soon as possible.

Please note that July 15th is one of the national holidays, and 15th is Yoi-Yoi-yama (two days before the main parade), 16th is Yoi-yama (eve of the main parade) and 17th is the main parade of the Gion-festival. This means that it is difficult to find reasonable hotels. Please reserve hotels as soon as possible.
