Here is a list of important dates:

Application and abstract submission deadline:: July 31. (The abstracts will be considered by the organizers and the results will be sent to the applicants by the end of August.)
Application deadline (w/o presentation): August 31.
Notification of acceptance (only for those who submitted abstract): August 31
Hotel booking via WEB:: Hotel booking WEB page (Kinki Nippon Tourist (KNT)) will open soon.
Workshop period: November 4--December 5 (YKIS2014: December 3-5)
