From Secretary:

• The first thing you do at Yukawa Institute
  When you first come to YITP, please proceed to the Secretariat Desk.
  We will hand you a workshop kit, keys (your office key and a card key) and other stuffs.
  The location and opening hours of the desk are:

  Secretariat Desk: K107 in Main Building (pdf)

  Opening hours:  10:00-12:00, 13:00-16:00 (Mon.-Fri.)

• IMPORTANT NOTE
  Key deposit of 3,000 yen is required upon arrival.
  Refunded when the keys are returned.

• Reimbursement
  Date and time of the reimbursement will be notified upon reception.
  See a message card on the keys' envelop.
  Please bring your Photo ID or passport at the time of the reimbursement.

• Entrance
  The main entrances of the YITP buildings (Yukawa Memorial Hall and Main
  Buliding) are open from 8:00 to 18:00. For night-time or early-morning entrance,
  you need an entrance card key. It is common to the both buildings.
  Weekend entrance is also possible with your card key.
  The buildings are always locked during weekend.
  The General Information for the facilities is included in your workshop kit.

Description:

We will hold a long-term staying type workshop, NFQCD 2013, under Yukawa International Program for Quark-hadron Sciences. We have held NFQCD workshops in 2006, 2008, and 2010. This NFQCD 2013 is the fourth workshop in the series.

Subjects to be discussed include

1. QCD phase diagram and finite temperature/density lattice QCD (Conveners: Ejiri, Fukushima, Kitazawa)
2. Collective dynamics and bulk heavy-ion dynamics (Conveners: Esumi, Hirano, Nonaka)
3. Hard probes (Conveners: Hatta, Shigaki)
4. Initial condition, high energy QCD, and preequilibrium dynamics (Conveners: Fujii, Itakura, Nara)

1st week Nov.18-22 & 2nd week Nov. 25-29

workshop on subjects (a) and (b), one day mini-symp. on (a) or (b)

3rd week Dec. 2-6

Symposium week. Subjects cover (a)-(d), and other subjects related to HIC.

4th week Dec. 9-13 & 5th week Dec. 16-20
