Abstract

Recently, local-Fermi-liquid properties emerge in non-equilibrium currents and shot noise through the Kondo dot has been intensively investigated both theoretically and experimentally [1,2]. In this paper, we suggest a new entangled-electron-pair generator using the pair creation of the local Fermi-liquid in electric current in a quantum dot device . It is shown that enhancement of Local-Fermi-liquid exchange interactions violates the Clauser-Horne-Shimony-Holt type Bell’s inequality for non-equilibrium currents through correlated two different channel of a double quantum dot device.
