The workshop does NOT ask any travel agents to contact participants about their itineraries. If you receive such an email, it is most likely a scam email. Please do NOT respond to such emails.

Registration fee

① The registration fee is free.

Zoom account will be notified to participants after June 24.

Socket shape in Japan is "Type A". Please prepare your own conversion plugs.

From Secretariat to participants in 2nd-5th weeks:

② The first thing you do at Yukawa Institute
When you first come to YITP, please visit the Secretariat Desk.
The Secretariat desk is K106 on the 1st floor of Research Building.
We will hand you a workshop kit, keys (your office key and a card key) and other stuffs.
The location and opening hours of the desk will be announced later.

*The office is closed in the weekend.

③ IMPORTANT NOTE

Key deposit of 2,000 JPY is required upon arrival.
Refund when the keys are returned.

④ Reimbursement

Reimbursement will be made on individually.

⑤ Entrance

The main entrances of the YITP buildings (Yukawa Hall and Research Building) are opened from 8:00 to 18:00. If you enter the building of YITP at night-time or early-morning or in weekend, please use your entrance card key which is common to the both buildings. Note that the buildings are always locked during weekend. The General Information for the facilities is included in your workshop kit.

⑥ July 15th

July 15 is Marine Day, a national holiday in Japan. No programs are scheduled on that day. In addition, the Secretariat Desk is not open on that day.
