Deadlines are 23:59JST on April 5th (Part I), April 29th (Part II), and May 9th (Part III), 2020.
This workshop consists of three parts.
Part 1: Long-term workshop on statistical mechanics of athermal systems (June 1st-20th)
Part 2: International summer school on nonequilibrium physics (June 22nd -26th)
Part 3: Japan-France joint seminar on glassy physics (June 29th-July 2nd)
For invited speakers participating in Part 1, we will support the local expenses during their stays.
Please note that
(i) we will not support the travel expenses in principle and
(ii) the maximum supported period is three weeks.
Please upload your CV and publication list in the registration page.
For invited speakers participating in Part 2, we will support their travel expenses and local costs.
However, the support for their local costs is basically restricted to that for this week.
For general participants, we will NOT support their travel expenses.
We will support their local costs only for a restricted number of participants. (The selection will be done by the origanizing committee.)
Although there is no any specific schedule on the poster session in part 1, presenters of posters can put their posters in their assigned places.
They can explain their research using their posters at any time during part 1.

Because of limitations of space, participants in the workshop will be selected by the organizing committee.
We also have a limited number rooms in the guest house mainly for students.
You can request the guest house arrangement at the registration.
We strongly recommend to do so as soon as possible.
The registration fee is free.
We will have a coffee break once a day in weekdays. We kindly ask you to donate 500 JPY for each week for its cost.
