building 11 of the North Campus of the Kyoto University.

Presentation files
We would like to collect presentation files for public release
on our web page. We would like to ask you for your kind cooperation.
Registration desk
Our registration desk will open at 9:30, Sunday, 31st July
and during coffee breaks. We will collect actual expenses of 500 JPY
for the coffee and cookies during the coffee breaks and banquet. For
those who are granted the local expenses support, please inform us to
give you information on the necessary procedures. The YITP building is
open from 9:00 to 18:00 on Sunday and from 8:00 to 18:00 on weekdays.
Banquet
We will have a banquet at 18:30, Monday, 1st August at the University
CO-OP. The banquet fee is 4,500 JPY for one person. We have discount rates
of 2,500 JPY for students and your accompanying person. We collect the fee
upon your registration.
Local weather
We expect hot (~35 degrees celcius) and humid days during the workshop
period.
At the same time, room temperature is usually controlled to be 25-28 degrees.
Please be well prepared for such a huge temperature difference between inside
and outside of the rooms.
We frequently have sudden shower which is very heavy and concentrated
to a short period of ~ 1 hour. We strongly recommend you to bring a foldable
umbrella.
Internet access
We have internet access for visitors, visitor-LAN, of YITP. eduroam
is also available in the lobby.
