Venue and Access
YITP long-term workshop "Multi-Messenger Astrophysics in the Dynamic Universe" will be held at Panasonic Auditorium, Yukawa Hall, Yukawa Institute for Theoretical Physics, Kyoto University, Kyoto, Japan.

Upon Arrival
Accommodation
Please make reservations of your accommodation by yourself. You can also find some information in "Accommodations" in the YITP webpage. We recommend that you will make the reservations at your earliest convenience because Kyoto will be crowded by many tourists.
The guests at the YITP guest house "Kitashirakawa Gakusha" will be selected from the financial support applicants. Please do not apply for the accommodation at Kitashirakawa Gakusha by yourself.

Please be careful of fraud by someone who pretends to work in a travel agency. They may try to steal your credit card number. You will not be directly contacted by any travel agencies. If you are contacted by any suspicious agency or persons, please check with organizers.
Banquet
We plan to have banquets every week during the long-term workshop.
- The 1st week: January 30th (Fri).
- The 2nd week: February 6th (Fri).
- The 3rd week (YKIS2026a): February 11th (Wed).
- The 4th week: February 18th (Wed).
- The 5th week: February 25th (Wed).
