Upon Arrival

During the YKIS2018b term (June 11-15), we will open the reception desk at the entrance of the Yukawa Hall (the venue) from 9:00. If you are attending from these dates, please come directly to the Yukawa Hall and register there. In case you arrive late and find the reception desk at the Yukawa Hall is closed, please visit K106 in the research building (opening for 9:00-12:00, 13:00-17:00). We kindly ask you to pay the fees for refreshments (1000 JPY) and for the banquet (if you will join) at the registration. Please prepare some cash in JPY.

Accommodation

For the participants of the workshop, we are holding a block of rooms at several hotels in Kyoto via a travel agency (KNT).

A deposit of 10,000 JPY is required to reserve a room.

Please make sure to finish your reservation as soon as possible. The rooms are booked on a first-come, first served basis.

Banquet

We will have a banquet on June 14 at the cafeteria in the north campus.
