Schedule and Venue
The poster session will be held on June 11 at the room Y206 (the room upstairs of the main venue. you will get details upon your arrival). Before the poster sessions, there will be poster preview sessions "Short poster presentation" at the main auditorium (Panasonic Hall). Each poster has a unique serial number assigned. Please check the number and more details in the YKIS2018b program.
The board for your poster
Please visit Program and find your name. Please check the date, the room and the number assigned to your poster. We ask you to put your poster on the board which is labeled by the number assigned to your poster.
Short poster presentation
In this session, poster presenters show slides to explain the contents of their posters to the audience. Each slot is just 3 min. long. Please submit your slides to atsushi.watanabe --at-- yukawa.kyoto-u.ac.jp by June 7. Please prepare your slides in the PDF format. As each slot is only 3 min., we kindly ask you to keep your slides being up to 3 pages. In the case you arrive after the short presentation session, please put your poster at your earliest convenience after your arrival.
Poster size, etc.
Poster boards accommodate A0 size portrait posters. The size of a poster board is 86.8cm (width) and 151.5cm (height). You can use only one side of a poster board for your presentation. We ask you to display your poster on the board by yourself. You can use magnets there to pin up your poster to the board. Please make sure to put up your poster well before the start of the poster sessions. The posters should be removed by June 15 afternoon.
