  • One may register for the YKIS conference. The YKIS are usually open to anyone interested, so long as we have space in the panasonic hall.
  • We have reserved hotel rooms (~50 for the first 3 weeks and ~70 for the last 2 weeks) for participants at some hotels in Kyoto. The hotel reservation page will be prepared later.
  • We also have a limited number (~7) rooms in the guest house mainly for students. You can request the guest house arrangement at the registration.
  • The scheduled workshop dates belong to the busy season for tourism in Kyoto. If you would like to arrange your accommodation by yourself, we strongly recommend to do so as soon as possible.
