Poster Session

Notes for poster session

The poster session will be held in the saloon in the Yukawa Memorial Hall. The session time is assigned from 12:45 to 13:30 on Friday, but you can put your posters from the beginning and talk with partcipants any time during the meeting. Please remove the poster by yourself before you will go back to your home. You cannot use the printer in YITP for your posters. Poster boards will accommodate A0 size portrait posters. The size of a poster board is 86.8cm (width) and 151.5cm (height). You can use only one poster board for your presentation. You can use magnets there to pin up your poster to the board.

ポスターセッションは湯川記念館サロンで行います。 ポスターセッションは会議2日目の12:45分〜13時半に予定されていますが、ポスターは最初から最後まで貼って任意の時間に参加者と議論して頂いて結構です。 ポスターは会議終了前に発表者が責任を持って回収して下さい。 原則として基研のプリンターを用いてポスターを印刷する事を禁じます。 ポスターボードはA0サイズのポスター用で、サイズは86.8cm (幅) x 151.5cm (高さ)です。 ポスターボードは発表者一人に付き一枚のみ使用可です。 ポスターの貼り付け用のマグネットは基研で用意します。
