Upon Arrival
First of all, please visit the reception desk at K106 in the research building for registration. We will hand you congress kits, keys (for your office and the entrances), etc. We kindly ask you to pay (i) 1000 JPY for refreshments (ii) key deposit of 2000 JPY and (iii) banquet fees there. The deposit will be refunded when you return the key. Opening hours of K106 are 9:00-12:00, 13:00-17:00 (Mon.-Fri., except July 16). Please return the key until 16:00 on your last working day (Mon.-Fri.) to K106.
During the 1st week (July 2-6) and the 5th week (July 30 - August 3), we will open the reception desk at the entrance of the Yukawa Hall. If you are attending from these dates, please come directly to the Yukawa Hall (the workshop venue) and register there. In case you arrive late and find the reception desk at the Yukawa Hall is closed, please visit K106 in the research building as the instruction above.
Talks and Posters
In the long-term workshop, we will have contributed talks and seminars. Poster sessions will be held in the 5th week (July 30 - August 3). Please check Program for details.
Banquet
We are planning the following banquet. The fee is 4,000 JPY per person.
- 1st week: July 3, at the cafeteria in the north campus
If you are going to join, please visit here and register by June 25 (JST).
Accommodation
For the participants of the workshop, we are holding a block of rooms at several hotels in Kyoto via a travel agency (JTB).

A deposit of 15,000 JPY is required to reserve a room. The rest amount should be settled directly at the hotel reception.
Please make sure to finish your reservation as soon as possible. The rooms are booked on a first-come, first served basis.

According to the weather forecast, the heavy rains will continue until July 8 (Sun.) in the western and eastern areas of Japan.
