Second Circular

NPCMS 2016 is held as the YITP long-term workshop,
and it is held also as the Nishinomiya-Yukawa memorial workshop,
supported by Nishinomiya city.

The third week conference is a part of the workshop, and it is also meant for
the kick-off meeting of the Center for Gravitational Physics at YITP.

* Important dates and deadlines

 need neither financial support nor visa, you can register by September 19.)

* Call for abstracts

We call for the abstracts for Workshop presentation (oral and poster),
and Conference presentation (poster plus 3 min. presentation).
Please give the title and abstract of your presentation at the registration.

If you are willing to give oral presentation, please consider
to participate the workshop as well.
(The conference (3rd week) consists of invited seminars and posters.)

* Registration, Conference Fee, and Financial Support

Conference fee in the 3rd week is 10,000 yen (~$100).
There is no conference fee for the workshop weeks (1,2,4,5-th weeks).

If you need financial support, please register by
  August 31 (Wed), 2016
and mark "yes" at the financial support item on the registration.
In principle, local expenses will be supported for approved participants.
We will inform you the results by September 16, 2016.

We also have a limited number (~7) rooms in the guest house
mainly for students and postdocs.

The scheduled workshop dates belong to the busy season for tourism
in Kyoto, and we strongly recommend to do so as soon as possible.
