• Workshop (ALL in ENG): March 22 (Tuesday) - 25 (Friday)

The following are the important deadlines. For the students and youg researchers who will join the workshop onsite, we have a limited amount of support for traveling.

• Submission deadline for oral presentations: December 22, 2021 --> January 11 (Tuesday), 2022
• Submission deadline for poster presentations: January 22 (Saturday), 2022
• Registration deadline for onsite participations: January 22 (Saturday), 2022
• Deadline for the support of traveling: January 22 (Saturday), 2022
• Registration deadline for online participations: anytime

Venue

• Hybrid = onsite + online.
• Onsite at Panasonic Auditorium, Yukawa Hall, Yukawa Institute for Theoretical Physics, Kyoto University, Kyoto, Japan.
• Online at Zoom. The link for the zoom will be sent after registration.
• Those from outside Japan will participate virtually, and a lmited number of domestic participants may join on site if they wish. All on-site talks will be broadcast.
• The workshop may be switched to a completely virtual event depending on COVID19 situation.
