Support
This workshop is sponsored by YITP and The Hakubi Project in Kyoto University. We plan to support traveling expenses (transportation, hotels and so on) for those who meet the following criteria;
- the applicant travels only in Japan,
- the traveling distance and cost from the affiliation of the applicant to YITP is more than 100km and 5,000 JPY, respectively, for the round trip.
If the number of applicants exceeds our expectation, we may not be able to offer full support for all applicants.
If this is the case, we will support partially and may also provide some priority to those who give an oral or poster presentation.
Those who wish to have support for traveling expenses should register by January 22, 2022, where you can find the option of support. We will then contact you after January 22.
If there is a special circumstance, please write it in the comment box of the application form.
本研究会では京都大学基礎物理学研究所および京都大学白眉センターのご協力により、学生など旅費の支給がうけられない方に旅費の補助を予定しています。 旅費補助の条件は以下の通りです。
- 日本国内からの参加者であること（日本人である必要はない）
- 所属団体の所在地から基礎物理学研究所までの距離が往復100km以上、交通費が往復5000円以上であること
旅費補助希望者の人数によっては、一部補助になる場合もございますので、ご了承下さい。旅費補助に関しては口頭発表・ポスター発表される方を優先しますが、参加のみの方からも補助希望を受け付けます。
旅費補助希望の方は、2021/1/22までに必ず参加登録を行い、参加登録フォーム上の「旅費補助希望」をチェックしてください。締切以降に、こちらから連絡いたします。
