All the tutorial and invited speakers will stay at Hotel Gimmond Kyoto. If you prefer another hotel, please let us know.

For participants
Since September is a very busy tourist season in Kyoto, we recommend reserving a hotel by yourself as soon as possible.

Kitashirakawa Guest House
We also have a limited number of rooms in Kitashirakawa Guest House that is close to the venue and is mainly for students. You can request it at the registration page. More detailed information is here (Kitashirakawa Gakusha = Kitashirakawa Guest House).
