Upon Arrival
On Feb. 19 and 20, we will open the reception desk at the entrance of the Yukawa Hall (the venue). If you are attending from these dates, please come directly to the Yukawa Hall and register there. In case you arrive late and find the reception desk at the Yukawa Hall is closed, please visit K106 in the research building (opening for 9:00-12:00, 13:00-17:00). We kindly ask you to pay 1000 JPY for refreshments and the banquet fee (if you will join, the fee will be announced later) at the registration. Please prepare some cash in JPY.

Banquet
We will have a banquet on Febraray 21 from 19:00 at Kitayama Monolith. Please check here for more details.
Accommodation
For the participants of the symposium, we are holding a block of rooms at several hotels in Kyoto via a travel agency (JTB).
Please make a reservation from the following page if you like the hotels listed there.
A deposit of 15,000 JPY is required to reserve a room. The rest amount should be settled directly at the hotel reception.
Please make sure to finish your reservation as soon as possible. The rooms are booked on a first-come, first served basis.
