Venue and Access
YITP long-term workshop "Gravity and Cosmology 2024" will be held at Panasonic Auditorium, Yukawa Hall, Yukawa Institute for Theoretical Physics, Kyoto University, Kyoto, Japan.

Facility, PC/Network, etc.
A network (wired/wireless) for the workshop participants is available. To connect to the network, you need authentication using the ID and the password to be announced in the congress kit. Please note that YITP takes no responsibility for any damage you might have by connecting your PC to the YITP networks. If you are using a Windows PC, we kindly ask you to install any one of Anti-Virus softwares before connecting your PC to the network. For PCs running on other operating systems (e.g. MacOS, Linux), see a leaflet "YITP Network Facilities for Workshop Participants" in your congress kit.

P2P connections are prohibited. Please do not use P2P file sharing softwares while connecting the YITP network.
Accommodation
Please make reservations of your accommodation by yourself, unless otherwise informed. (The guests at Kitashirakawa Gakusha will be selected by the organizers. Please do not apply for the accommodation at Kitashirakawa Gakusha by yourself.) You can also find some information in "Accommodations" in the YITP webpage. We recommend that you will make the reservations at your earliest convenience.

Please be careful of fraud by someone who pretends to work in a travel agency. They may try to steal your credit card number. You will not be directly contacted by any travel agencies. If you are contacted by any suspicious agency or persons, please check with organizers.
Banquet
We are planning the following banquets in a buffet style. Except for the one in the 3rd week, the banquets will be held on the campus either at the cafeteria or at the salon of the Yukawa Hall depending on the number of participants.
- 1st week: February 2 (Fri.), at the on-campus cafeteria

- For the banquets in the 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 5th weeks, the cafeteria does not have a designated area for the preparation of allergen-free food. Therefore, if you join these banquets, please be sure that you do not have any food allergies, especially life-threatening ones.
- The banquet fee can be refunded until the deadline and cannot be refunded afterwards. Please understand that the system will charge a refund fee of 6%.
