  • If you will also participate in YKIS2015 (August 17-19), you will have to registrate through this link.
  • If you will participate in SFS2015 (August 20-23), you will have to registrate through this link.

  • Check the information, and click the "ENTRY" button to complete your registration.
  • A confirmation message will be automatically sent to your registered e-mail address. Please contact us in case you don't get the message.

    Notice

  • Because of limitations of space, participants in the workshop will be selected by the organizing committee.
  • We have reserved hotel rooms (~50 for the first 3 weeks and ~70 for the last 2 weeks) for participants at some hotels in Kyoto. The hotel reservation page will be prepared later.
  • We also have a limited number (~7) rooms in the guest house mainly for students. You can request the guest house arrangement at the registration.
  • The scheduled workshop dates belong to the busy season for tourism in Kyoto. If you would like to arrange your accommodation by yourself, we strongly recommend to do so as soon as possible.
