A dilution refrigerator with a superconducting magnet has been delivered to the laboratory led by Prof. Go Yusa, Tohoku University in our C01 group. The refrigerator enables us to make electric measurements in the GHz band while cooling the measured sample to at least 5mK (about minus 273.145℃). This equipment will be used to realize physical systems equivalent to expanding universes or black holes in semiconductors and explore the quantum universe from laboratory-level experiments.
