Agenda
This is an annual symposium for the global COE program at Kyoto University "the Next generation physics spun from universality and emergence". The theme of the symposium of this year is "Emerging Frontiers of Physics", to promote joint research among different fields. There will be plenary talks by internationally renowned scientists, and all sessions will be in English. Topics of the talks are taken from various areas of research, paying special attention to the frontiers arising from the interaction between slightly different areas of research. In addition, there will be a special session on graduate school education, which is another important aspect of this GCOE program. This session is planned to be given in English. This year we are also planning to have a session organized by PhD students by themselves.
