■4/21- We are Closed! [4/20 update]
“Level of activity restriction to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus”
of our university raised to Level 3.
In view of this situation, YITP Library is temporarily closed from April 21.
Closing period: from April 21 to May 29
1. Lending deadline for books already borrowed
The deadline for returning the books currently rented will not change,
but for the time being after opening the Library,
even if the return deadline is exceeded,
it will not be considered as overdue.
However, if there is a reservation, we will contact you,
so please return it as soon as possible.
(Refer to 3 below for the return method.)
2. New lending books
Those who wish to borrow during the temporary closing period will operate as follows.
• Advance application by email.

(Please change [at] to @.)
-Please set the subject as “Request for material lending”.
-Please enter the following items in the text.
(1) Name
(2) Student number (user number)
(3) Information such as title and volume number, etc.
(4) Call No
(5) Material ID
• Once the materials are ready, we will contact you by email from the library.
Please bring your student ID / authentication IC card and come to the counter within the delivery time.
Delivery time: Weekdays 10: 00-12: 00, 13: 00-17: 00
• E-mail reply date + 3 days for holding materials.
3. Return
The deadline for returning a new loan will be two weeks, as usual,
but for the time being after opening the Library for the time being,
even if the deadline is exceeded, it will not be considered as overdue.
However, if there is a reservation, we will contact you,
so please return it as soon as possible.
The return method is either A or B below.
A. Mail to the library (Yu-pack, courier, etc.)
However, please note the following points.
– Pack the book in an appropriate way so that the book will not be damaged during transportation.
– Please specify “Contains return books” on the package or invoice.
– The user is responsible for the shipping fee.
– Please keep a copy of the invoice in case of accident during transportation.

B. Returned to the book truck in front of the library entrance.

only on weekdays from 8:00 to 18:00.
