Fifth Annual Meeting (第五回領域会議)

Overview

This year marks the final year of the project, and the ExU Annual Meeting will feature research presentations from both the planned research groups and the publicly offered research groups, along with poster presentations by participants.

Awards will be given for outstanding poster presentations, which are open exclusively to postdoctoral researchers (PDs) and graduate students. We warmly encourage all eligible participants to register and take part in this final opportunity to share and discuss their research.

(Note: This meeting is primarily intended for on-site participation, but online attendance via Zoom will also be available. However, please note that we cannot guarantee the quality or stability of the Zoom connection.)

Place: Fuyo-no-ma (芙蓉の間), 3rd Floor, Hotel Aisul Matsuyama(ホテルアイスル松山)

(Note: An informal meeting will be held on December 25 from 3:00 pm.)

Registration

Registration for on-site participants is now closed.

If you plan to participate online, please register via the Google Form (for online participants) to join our online events mailing list.

For online participation, please register at least one week before the meeting.

(Note: The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. on the first day (December 26) and is scheduled to conclude around 2:30 p.m. on the final day (December 28).)

Accommodation

A block of single rooms (50 non-smoking, 30 smoking) has been secured at Hotel Aisul Matsuyama, which is also the conference venue.

Participants are responsible for making their own reservations.

While reservation instructions will be provided to registered participants who indicate interest during the registration process, participants are free to book accommodations at any hotel of their choice.

If rooms at the venue are no longer available, participants are kindly requested to arrange their own accommodation elsewhere.
