We will have the 22nd online colloquium “Extreme Universe Colloquium” on February 13th (Tue) 10:00 (JST). The speaker is Prof. Masayuki Hashisaka (University of Tokyo, ISSP). For details, please refer to the poster. If you have not registered yet, please register at our online event website at least three days prior to the colloquium. (It is not necessary to register again if you have done it already.)

We will have the 18th online colloquium “Extreme Universe Colloquium” on July 24th (Mon) 10:00 (JST). The speaker is Prof. Synge Todo (University of Tokyo). For details, please refer to the poster. Prof. Masaki Shigemori from our group B01 will give two public lectures in Japanese on May 18th and 22nd, entitled "What is string theory?" and "What is holography?".

On 7th and 8th March 2022, The First Annual Meeting was held at Yukawa Institute for Theoretical Physics, Kyoto University, as a hybrid (online/in-person) meeting. Presentations were given about research achievements and research projects on each theme of the Extreme Universe. There were lively discussions between researchers from various disciplines[photo].
