Conference Place:
Panasonic Auditorium located in the 1st floor of Yukawa Hall (MAP1, MAP2)

Conference Information: The registration is during 8:40-9:20 on June 13 (Mon). There will be a conference banquet on June 15 (Wed.) evening, which will cost 5000 yen [Map of banquet cafeteria]. The registration fee is 1000 yen. Participants are requested to pay the registration fee and banquet fee (if they join in) on the first day (13th, Mon.) at the registration.

Participants list: Here [PDF]

For those who will give poster presentations:
Poster boards will accommodate A0 size portrait posters. The size of a poster board is 86.8cm (width) and 151.5cm (height). You can use only one side of a poster board for your presentation. You can use magnets there to pin up your poster to the board. The poster room should be ready from 13th morning until the end of
the YKIS conference.
